Drawing from extensive training, life and professional experience, Keda creates safe spaces, and shares effective tools and strategies for trauma recovery and resiliency development.

Resiliency: Broken Whole
As an adult survivor of childhood sexual and physical trauma, Keda has grown into a warrior of authenticity and guardian of safe spaces. Life Transitions: W.I.E.L.D.
(Wholistic Innovative Experiential Life-long Development)
Adaptability is survival. In less than five decades, Keda left a 27-year career as a police officer, built a business, re-ignited her career as an actor, become an ordained minister, international speaker, life and business coach and holistic health consultant. Keda developed the W.I.E.L.D. method, in response to her firm belief that as long as we have the breath and will to live, everything is surmountable, anything is learnable and we can live our dreams. Keda shares how she got here and why it’s possible for each and every one of us.

Personal Transformation: Phoenix
Keda left a successful 27-year career in policing to build a successful career in acting, coaching and speaking. Despite warnings against making such a move, Keda took a leap of faith – and has not looked back! She was able to transform her life when she changed her mindset. Part of that transformation involves understanding ourselves – at least as much as we believe we understand the world around us. Keda developed an effective and integrative tool called: The Nexus of Success. This strategic approach to self-development and transformation integrates left-brained strategy with right-brained innovation. Keda shares how structure, nurture and culture are all significant components to transformation, resiliency development and leading an authentically brilliant life.

Diversity & Inclusion
Keda challenges the status quo around diversity & inclusion – sharing best practices for professional environments that allow for safe, more inclusive and actionable discourse around race relations. Leaving a successful 27-year career as a police officer, a white male dominant industry, Keda now shares the all-to-real challenges and triumphs she faced as a black female police officer – on and off the streets. Keda engages her audiences with strategies that consider all stakeholders, the unique corporate and industry cultures, and organisations’ bottom line. Keda developed her approach from 20+ of experience teaching diversity training and resiliency development – in both policing and community environments.
